Mini Bus Tours

At Scott’s, we regularly schedule special bus trips to some of the local points of interest, allowing our guests to become better acquainted with the area surrounding Oquaga Lake. Our Mini Bus Tours run anywhere from one to two hours. They follow scenic routes on the way to each destination and are designed to be enjoyed by all ages and abilities.

The "Mini America" Train Garden - Located on the farm of Wilbur and Lollie Decker, this train garden is truly a wonderful sight. It features multiple elements including several running train lines, water fountains and falls, beautiful flower arrangements and a remarkable collection of miniature towns and villages, some of which have been modeled after local architecture.

The Starrucca Viaduct - An historic site found just outside Lanesboro, Pennsylvania, the Starrucca Viaduct is a stone arch bridge which was built in 1847 and completed just one year later. Still in use today by the New York, Susquehanna and Western Railway, it spans almost 1100 feet and supports two tracks.

The Deposit Historical Museum - Operated by the Deposit Historical Society, this local museum offers guests a look at the rich history of Deposit and the surrounding area. Of note is a special section of the museum dedicated to life on Oquaga Lake.
