In addition to our regular sit-down meals in the dining room, we try to keep things interesting by offering a special outdoor lunch at a place we like to call Cookout Lookout. Twice each week, we treat our guests to an old-fashioned country barbecue at our mountain-top pavilion overlooking Oquaga Lake. Cookout lunches offer spectacular views, toe-tappin’ music and plenty of great tasting food. There’s even a stage at the front that’s just the right size for a line dance or Texas Two-Step, should anyone feel so inclined. We provide transportation to and from the pavilion, with the option of a guided nature hike back down the hill through the pine trees at the end of the meal. There’s nothing quite like a little fresh air and country music to bring out your appetite, so be sure to pack your cowboy boots and get ready for a down-home good time!
